Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns of unused, unworn, and undamaged products in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt.
  • Items such as wigs, lashes, and other personal care items are not eligible for return due to hygiene concerns. Please refer to individual product pages for return eligibility details.

2. Return Process

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back to us.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your returned item reaches us safely. MissFineHairCo is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

4. Refunds
